Dear Marie and Family,
I wish to express my deepest sympathies for your loss. Over the years that I have known Bernie from the Central Railway Club; I have heard him speak proudly of his children and grandchildren. I will miss his stories of railroading in Buffalo. He was a good person that made a difference. His work with the CRC was appreciated by all and I will always remember him fondly.
Sincerely,
Stephen Kocsis

Dear Marie and Family, I'm sitting at work today and I'm having a really hard time concentrating it's so hard to comprehend that we will not get to see or hear Bernie's voice anymore. I know it's only been 5 yrs. since I've been blessed to know him but I too have looked at him as my adopted dad just as he has always been to Clay. I can only say that time does help to heal our broken hearts. Bernie will always be in our hearts and will sorely be missed. My deepest love and condolences to all of you. Cherish your Mom (our adopted mom) for the beautiful, sweet and loving person she is, I know she's trying hard to be strong for all of you and you are her reason to stay strong. He is now with all the other angels that we have loved and lost. We love you all Bev and Clay.
