John Lasker Obituary

LASKER - John F. October 5, 2008 at age 71; beloved husband of Rose Marie (nee Bonavito) Lasker; devoted father of Judith (Eugene) Boris, Robert Lasker, Glenn Lasker, Richard Lasker, Lynn (Curt) Schneider, Lisa (Dave) Seaner and Michelle Lasker; loving grandfather of 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; dearest brother of Thomas (Nancy) Lasker and the late Peter Lasker; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 1024 French Rd. (between Union and Borden Rds.) where Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 9:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from Resurrection Church at 10:00 AM. Friends invited. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Autism Society of America, Western New York Chapter, 19 Limestone Dr., Williamsville, NY 14221. Online register book at www.AMIGONE.com

Dear Schneider & Lasker Family-
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your "Papa Jack". It is never easy to morn the loss of a loved one especially one who brought such happiness to all. Remember the joyful times in your heart and he will live on forever thru your stories! I remember birthday parties and other events at the Schneider house where he always had a friendly smile and a warm hug. He was a great man! If there is anything that we can do please let us know.
