I love you so much and I miss you more than I can ever express, but, I know you know this.
You were such a light in this world and I know that you are sharing you light on the other side. Thank you for looking over Dawn, Spring and Chasity. I am forever grateful to you for being there when they needed a guiding hand of love and security. I also know that you and Mom have mended your souls and she is being the Mom she should have always been to you and the girls.
You touch my heart everyday, thank you so much for the love you share with all of us. You are one of our guardian angels.

Sorry it's been so long since i wrote you. I saw Sue a few months ago she looks great. I'm sure you already know that! You'll be her one and only true love. It's been four years and I know you would be happy she is finally trying to move on the best she can. I know you would want her to be happy. we had a lot of good laughs while I visited her I wish I would have came up so we could have spent time together. You would be very proved of sue. She is very strong and loved you as much now as when you were here we all do. When she showed up at my wedding I don't think there was a dry eye there. Our longtime childhood friend Karen Buholz Gee lost her husband Pete to cancer on 9/11/10. Pete was a great guy and I'm sure the two of you will have lots of fun up there. Jason, Sue sent your DaD a Fathers Day card which made them closer, Sue is a very special person which helps feel your presence..time goes on and we get caught up in the everyday things of life and the days slip by so quickly BUT! I thought I that I had prepared myself for today, but I was wrong. I woke up this morning like everyday(late)and running crazy. I was driving to work, and put on a country music station. I can't remeber the last time I listen to country. A song called Friends in Low Places by Garth Brooks, started to play. Jason, I thought of you right away! We would all hang out at Port Side, and sing this song together! We used to have so much fun together, now it seems like a million years ago! I was so shocked and sad to hear we lost Jason. Right away my mind went back in time. When we were always together. We weren't just cousins, we were friends! Mark and I were so very shocked to hear of Jason's death- we had just seen him 2 weeks prior in Hayes Restaurant! He was a terrific worker and a very nice guy, and we feel so fortunate to have known him. He will be sadly missed but not forgotten. He was always there to lend a hand if you needed help or just someone to talk with. Thanks to him we now know what apple butter is. May you find peace in the days to come, and know we are always here for you. Jason will truly be missed.

It's so weird to sit here and try to come to terms with the fact that I will never see Jason's face again and never laugh at his sarcastic and awesome sense of humor. Never see his smile again and know that he is just up to something. He was just such a fun person to be around and was always willing to give a helping hand no matter what, or sit back and make comments and make me laugh...but usually both! I am so glad that our paths crossed and look forward to the time that they cross again.
He was such an important person in my families life and with the exception of my brother, I don't think any of us knew his last name or the fact that he was younger then all of us! It just didn't matter...he was JASON and that is what mattered and what we looked forward too. He was so amazing with all of the kids and I know they will never forget him. I am sure that hunting in Java and fishing at the cottage will never be the same for my family and I know that Christmas will not be the same. I will miss him terribly as I know you all will. He will never be forgotten...
Sue and Mike (Goph) my heart goes out to you and the rest of Jason's family. Please know that you will ALWAYS be part of our family. We are here for you always.

Our son Ken has brought many of his friends into our family over the years.
We love to share cottage time, hunting, Christmas and special projects and times with them. Jason, Sue and Goph are certainly at the top of the list. We kidded Ken that Jason had taken over a special place in our granddaughters hearts because it was always extra special if Jason was going to be around. He was a special person that will be greatly missed. We are there for you during this very sad time Sue and Goph. And Ken, we are so sorry that you lost such a special person in your life.
