I had the honor of working with Barb from her first day at Ingram Micro, she made us all laugh & smile with her stories & laughter. Every time I saw her she would sing my name. With her passing we lost a great lady and I know how much we will all miss her. I know she is in heaven making everyone laugh & smile as she did to all that knew her. God bless your family in this time.

My sympathies to you both, Heather & Charlie. Though we only met in person a couple of times, I felt we knew you through Barb's stories. Her family was always number one and we never tired of hearing about Charlie's hunting and computers and Heather's schooling and teen years and of course the pets. One particular story about one of her dogs makes me smile still today. Many people touched my life in my years at Ingram but of course Barb was one of the most special people I have had the privilege to know. She was my inspiration when I started gardening and was always a great source of knowledge for all my questions. Our gardening discussions come back to me whenever I'm playing in the dirt, as we used to call it. Her wit, knowledge and caring personality will surely be missed by all.

I worked with Barb @ Ingram Micro as well. I also lost my mother, almost exactly a year ago, to cancer. Barb reminded me of my mother, and I will always miss them both. We need to be grateful they put up a good fight yet are no longer suffering. Your family is in my prayers.

Barb was my trainer, friend and mother during my short stay at Ingram Micro, Buffalo. We, however, remained in contact, with her as my mentor in customer service and as my colleague (and still an advisor) when she transitioned to sales.... we considered each other to be friends across the miles (I am based halfway across the globe from the US). I am still in shock even as I write this entry. In my next visit to New York, we agreed that I will pay her a visit and she will prepare a nice meal for me. I guess I will still pay her a visit, although the venue will be different. I will forever miss her smile, laughter and her motherly pieces of advice. She will always be in my prayers.
Heather, Barb always told me wonderful things about you and was always happy to show your photos. I will include you in my prayers.

To Barb's family,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Barb's cancer and passing. Although I haven't seen her in years, I recall the "old" days on Lenora Drive when she was cutting hair. I always remember her large smile and wonderful and hearty laugh. My heart goes out to all of you at this sad and difficult time. Patty, I miss you. I will keep you all in my prayers.

to Barb's family: As an offshore team mate of Barb, I only have good words to say about her. A jolly person to talk with on the phone, and whose always been there to help me get around with our work. Although we only worked through phone and never get to see each other in person, that's been enough to get to know the kind of person Barb was -a wonderful, sweet, jolly and warm person. I will miss her hearty laugh everytime she jokes around. I will forever treasure the friendship with Barb. Thank you for a person like her. She'll always be in my prayers.

To Barb's Family: I was saddened to hear of Barb's passing. May you find much needed strength from each other in the days ahead. I worked with Barb at Ingram and she was one of many that I truly enjoyed being with. Barb made the best chocolate chip cookies and always brought in extra for me to give to my husband. He said her cookies were the best. He passed away in March so maybe Barb is up there whipping up a special batch.
Rest in peace Barb.

To Barb’s Family,
I worked with Barb at Ingram Micro and I can still see her smile and hear that laugh!!!!! Barb was ALWAYS joking and giving us a much needed laugh at work. It was a pleasure to know and work with her, she truly made coming to work enjoyable.
She talked often and proudly of her daughter, Heather. I hope you know Heather how much she loved you.
We also had a common interest in our beloved Brittany’s, giving me a detailed and animated story of their adventures. Again, making me smile and laugh with those stories.
My deepest sympathy goes out to Barb’s family.
