Dear Sally,
I am sorry to hear of the passing of your dear mother Della. Della and Red watched me grow up in the neighborhood. Della is with Red in heaven. It was nice working with you also Sally at Roy B. Kelly. You are as nice as your parents were. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,

To the family of Della, my prayers and thoughts are with you. I worked with Della at the New York Telephone Co. many years ago on Walnut St. I enjoyed many good times with her then and after retirement at our parties.

Sally,
Please know my heartfelt sympathy is with you and your sister and your families.
Had you not introduced yourself and spoke so highly of my own mom, Joan Crego, I'd not have known that you were Della's daughter.
How blessed she was to have you and your sister, Mary Lou, to be there for her.
There's something about mothers and daughters, isn't there?
