Dave, we met for the last time eight to ten years ago. My memory of you will be that sunny, summer day when you were healthy, happy and at peace. Seeing you made my day better, and I was happy for you. I will remember your kind heart, sharp intelligence and the fun times we had in our youth. My condolences to Dave’s family and to all who loved him.
