Carol Ann Budzyn

BUDZYN - Carol Ann (nee Torrens ) Age 74 of Douglasville, Georgia formerly of Orchard Park, New York passed away October 6, 2008 at home. Loving mother of son Mark W. Pavlik of Orchard Park, NY; daughter and son-in-law Jennifer A. Block and William F. Block; grandchildren Samuel L. Block and William J. Block of Douglasville, Georgia. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ronald and Judy Torrens; nephews Kenneth Torrens; Thomas Torrens and niece Lori Farley. We will miss you greatly. May the love you gave us remain in our hearts forever. She is also survived and missed by a large circle of friends and former colleagues who remember her tireless energy and generosity. Carol was preceded in death by her father and mother Thomas and Florence Torrens. Carol was a retired Developmental Aid for New York State who cared for the developmentally disabled. She lived an active life on the go and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, home cooking, gardening, country drives and travel. Religious services and interment will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery York, New York on Saturday November 1st with family and friends. Carol wished that friends make memorial gifts to Roswell Park Cancer Institute on her behalf.
