Diane Zielonka Obituary

ZIELONKA-Diane M. In Lowell, MA, August 30, 2007 at Lowell General Hospital. Diane Marie Zielonka, 49, beloved daughter of the late Joan M. (Cuddy) Zielonka and Alfred W. Zielonka and his wife, Mary B.W. Zielonka who survive her; loving sister of Denise Ripstein and her husband, Rick of Marilla, NY, Christine Pellow of Williamsville, NY, Carole Roman and her husband, Bob of Grand Island, NY and Joanne Lenahan and her husband, Dan of Amherst, NY; also survived by six nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, a cousin, and many dear friends. A family service took place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Buffalo NY. A Memorial Mass in celebration of Diane's life will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at 10 AM at St. Stephen's Roman Catholic Church, 2100 Baseline Rd, Grand Island, NY. As an expression of sympathy, due to the exceptional care she was given by the Doctors, Nurses, and entire staff of Mass General Hospital, donations in Diane's memory may be made to The Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, Tucker Gosnell Center for Gastrointestinal Cancer, 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114.
