TROUTMAN-Charles William October 20, 2007; husband of the late Grace Troutman; brother of the late Dessie M. Waley, John F. and James M. Troutman; uncle of Edwin (Joan) Waley; also survived by many nieces and nephews from Knoxtownship, PA. Mr. Troutman was a WW II Naval Veteran. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service, 1:00 PM Friday afternoon at the SCHLAGER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4614 Main St., Snyder.
