Kenny was my "first love" - I was about 8 years old and Kenny was my "star" baseball player on the Gardenville Lumber baseball team. Of course, there was a huge age difference -- he must have been about 34 at the time. But, nevertheless, he was my first love! Our friendship was renewed a few years back -- and it was like we had never missed a beat. The twinkle in his eye, his infectious laugh (more like a jolly cackle!) his delivery of a joke -- still were there, just as strong as ever. Believe me, no one could deliver a joke like Ken could - not back in the 50's or into the 21st century. His timing and delivery were perfect. Thanks for all the memories, Ken!! I shall miss visiting with you -- and especially hearing you laugh!! And thanks also to whomever decided to publish this obit. Ken had a lot of "old-timer" friends who I assure you appreciate the public acknowledgement. Thanks!!
