We just heard about your mom's death at 5pm mass at the Newman Center. What is worse is that Dennis asked me in the past "Is that was Kathy's sister?" I goofed! I said NO.We would have loved to have been with you. We always adored both your mom and dad. Mr.Giaraffa, I don't think I still look like a china doll, but I will take that thought with me to my grave. I remember so many things- Grandma taking weekly pictures of Stephen when he was growing up (Lauren did she do the same for you?), seeing you on Irving, especially when Kathy was ill, and times at the ballpark.
We had an extraordinary Hospice experience with my Dad. I hope you had the same. We will be in touch. Please know we are thinking of you.
Fondly,
Nancy and Dennis Kane

Dear Pete and your family.
I, Theresa, felt close to Evie. She will always be remembered for her smiling disposition and will certainly be missed.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of you. No need to say how much we feel a part of you. Our relationship together goes back many years and we thoroughly enjoyed each time we could get together. Especially on our trips to Buffalo from Florida.
We hope to continue to keep in touch and you will certainly be remembered in our prayers. May God provide you with the strength and peace during your time of loss.
God Bless
Theresa and Bill

Dear Pete, Eileen, Kathy, Evie & Family, I am deeply sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. I did her hair for 30 years and she was as beautiful inside as she was outside. She was a wonderful, kind and generous woman who loved her husband and family above all else. It was an HONOR to know her. She touched my life and the lives of all who knew her and I never heard her say a bad word about anyone----in a beauty salon that's really something! My heart goes out to all of you but I know your mom is in heaven praying for all of us here! God bless you. Love & Prayers, Dawn Curazzato
