Sachiko Pressler Obituary

PRESSLER-Sachiko (Honda) November 26, 2007, of West Seneca, NY; beloved mother of Christine Leese, Stanley Pressler, Nancy Baker and Donald Pressler; sister of Yukio Honda of Japan; also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was born in Tsudanuma, Japan on March 17, 1928; the daughter of Zangoro and Tomi (Ito) Honda. Sachiko was a grade school teacher until she met and married Richard Pressler in Tokyo, Japan on August 3, 1953. They left Japan in February of 1954 and arrived in the United States in March of 1954. She was a Nurses Aide at Sister's Hospital until 1974. Funeral services will be held Thursday from 11 AM from SIECK & MAST FUNERAL HOME, 250 Orchard Park Rd., West Seneca, 825-5205. The family will be receiving relatives and friends Thursday from 9-11 AM. Flowers are gratefully declined.

Mom,
I am glad that you are free of all pain. I wish I could have been with you at your last breath. You are whole again and at peace. I will always cherish the times that we did spend together and I will remember you always until we are a family again.
