I was a life long friend of Mary Lou's as we attended and graduated together from Lyndonville Central in 1952. She will be missed by all her school chums.

Having moved to Medina in 1973, I only attended MHS with Deb for our junior & senior years, so I didn't have the benefit of growing up in Medina. Even with my short time of residence in her town, Mrs. Zimmerman never let me pass without saying hello and always took the time to chat about our families. We tend to take that sort of sincerity for granted. Please know that she was someone I will always remember fondly.

Mary Lou was a major supporter of the Lake Plains Y.M.C.A. I remember going over to the "Y" around 5:30 in the morning several times and seeing her already working out. She had a great personality and loved being around people. She will be missed. May God bless the Zimmerman family at this difficult time.
