I have so many wonderful memories of growning up next door to Lucille and the whole family. Outdoor cookouts, having her at our house having coffee with Mom, or going to hers and playing. One of the best stories Mom would tell was the time Gerri and Beverly took Marcia and me to the park in our strollers. When Gerri came home for dinner, Mom asked where I was. Apparently we had fallen asleep, they started playing and forgot us.
Lucille loved to travel so much. She went with my parents to Florida and no one ever enjoyed it more or took more pictures.
I know you all miss her, but I like to think of them sitting around and talking over old times and laughing long and hard. They did that so much together, and took such enjoyment from life and wouldn't dwell on the sad things. Just remember how much she loved you all, and how proud she was of you.
