I know these few words can't help the sadness your feeling now, but please understand that my life is filled with great memories of your husband and father. Arlene, kids, Auntie Theo, Dennis, Kathy - I am so sorry I was not able to be there with you. We were so much a part of each others lives and I will always cherish that. Arlene, We were so sad to hear about Don's passing. Somehow we missed the obituary. You know we would have been there. We are honored with the memory of sitting with Don and you at St. V's picnic this year. May you feel the loving comfort of God and know that Don is in good hands.

Auntie Arlene and Family,
No words can describe the sadness I feel or the love I wish to send to you. Uncle Don was a wonderful godfather to me, a man I could look up to and know would be there for me, especially after my father's passing. I will always remember the fun times...going for rides on the snowmobile and coming in to sit by the fireplace to warm up, summer parties, and Uncle Don serving me my first Manhattan! I just wanted to say how truly sorry I am for the loss of Uncle Don. He will be greatly missed. I will always remember 4th of July Parties at your house and how much fun we all had. I also remember all the "adult" card parties at ours. I am truly sorry I can not be there (in Buffalo) for you. I love you all and you are in my prayers. Dear Arlene,
Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your husband Donald, I remember from our childhood days playing Little League with Don. He was a great catcher and teammate. His was my first little league catcher when we played for the Litwin Rams.
I also remember Don and you Arlene doing so much good for the youth at St.Andrew's Parish. You set a fine example of good Christian living.

My sincere condolences to Don’s family and friends. I grew up in Marilla and remember Don and Arlene moving in next door to my parents. Don gave me my first business lesson in the transaction of a mini-bike I had rebuilt. Don was a great neighbor, always having a smile when I saw him. He will truly be missed by anyone that knew him. Arlene, the Lord will look over you and get you through this difficult time.

I was very saddened to hear of Donnie's passing. He will be truly missed. His courage & strength was an inspriation to all of us. I will always remember the Father's day gatherings at his house, and the meetings of the Rydzynski men at family weddings and gatherings will never be the same. To me he will always be Uncle Donnie, I will miss him alot. May our continued faith and trust in God guide us through this difficult time.
