Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

To a lifelong friend! Forever, I will treasure the times we played together, the times we worked together, and the times we traveled together. No matter the direction our careers took us, we always made time to seek out each other. How ironic that you and my brother Willie, another close friend, would leave us in the same month. I look forward to the day when all of us will meet up together again--in a much better place.

May God bless and keep each of you. To my younger sis I'Nesha and your brothers Terry and Troy, I send my deepest condolences for the loss of your dad. Your dad Bo Peep was a cool cat. Always clean in his suits from head to toe, laid back in his nice rides! I'Nesha when we were younger we always had funny stories to tell about our dads. Bo Peep's funny stories seemed to always involve food! When we may see him out and about, it would be at the barber shop or McDonalds...chillin. Your dad was always polite. I'm glad for his life here because I have a great sister I'Nesha and an adorable neice I'Nya. Terry and Troy continue to stay cool. May God continue to bless each of you. Love U!
