Rita L. Trefilek, nee Kleina, loving wife of the late Joseph; beloved mother of Thomas (Cherie), Laura (Robert) White, Carol (David) Jakubik, Cary (Milena), Joseph (Nadine) and Michael (Cathy); fond grandmother of 17; great-grandmother of one; loving sister of Arlene (Nick) Nicholas, Celeste (James) Fallon and Bernard (Sue) Kleina; aunt to many nieces and nephews; friend of many. Visitation Friday, 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral Saturday, 9:15 a.m. prayers from Kolbus-John V. May Funeral Home, 6857 W. Higgins Ave., to St. Thecla Church, for Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to your favorite charity. Rita was always in a happy mood when you saw her and we have fond memories of her, especially of the times when the "club girls" got together. I met Rita in third grade and have been good friends with her since our time at Our Lady of the Angels. We went to St. Mary's high school together and she was one of my bridesmaids. She was an extraordinary woman and I will miss her very much. Even though Primo and I cannot be there, our thoughts will be with you all.
