Dear Ridgeway Family, sorry to hear of your loss. My Son Drew Tuchmann played football with Joe at Rolling Meadows and my son and his wife both were in Joe's Graduating Class and I believe my daughter Brittany was in Melissa's grade. We moved out of Rolling Meadows after their graduation from High School. Just found about your loss and wanted to make sure we sent our heartfelt condolences. There simply are no words to express our sorrow when we heard the awful news of the death of your son, and we can only imagine how devastating this must be for you and the rest of your family. Of course your life is forever changed as a result of Joe's death ~ because there is nothing, nothing, nothing as painful as losing a child. You already know that the bond you have with Joe will be with you always, just as long as you keep his memory and the love you share with him alive in your heart. You will always be Joe's family, and Joe will always be your beloved son. Death may have ended his life, but it certainly does not end the relationship you have with him. Although he is no longer physically present, it doesn't mean you cannot continue to love him in his absence. I hope the precious memories you have of your child will one day bring you comfort.
