Eleanor C. Wolak, nee Sherner, age 95, of Geneva formerly of Roselle, beloved wife of the late William; loving mother of Rodney (Mary Ann), Janice and Robert Wolak; devoted grandmother of Ron (Ginny), Marcia Wolak and Kasey Schlesinger; fond sister of the late George, Elmer and Raymond Sherner; and great-grandmother of Kaylee Schlesinger and Ryan and Justin Wolak. Visitation Tuesday, from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State St. (Rt. 38) Geneva. Funeral prayers Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home proceeding to St. Peter Catholic Church, 1891 Kaneville Rd., Geneva for Celebration of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery Evergreen Park. Accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. I grew up as a neighbor to the Wolak's on 63rd street. Eleanor was a very kind woman.
