Kawa, 91, of Wood Dale, IL, World War II Army Veteran, beloved husband of the late Lillian, nee Krol, and the late Sophie, nee Wojick; loving father of Rudy, John (Beverly), Allen (Sue) and Greg (Laurie); dear grandfather of Michael (Janeen), Amy, Ryan, Rebecca, Tara, Daniel, John, Jacqueline and Elizabeth; great- grandfather of Conor, Nathaniel, Eleanora, Brittany and Nicholas. Family and friends to meet Thursday, 9 a.m. at Holy Ghost Church, 254 N. Wood Dale Rd., Wood Dale for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles, IL.
