George CANNELLA Obituary

George Sebastian Cannella Jr., age 91, of Glen Ellyn and Concord of Northlake. Born July 19, 1919, he passed away April 30, 2011. Beloved husband of 59 years of the late Angela. Loving father of Marlene (Jerry) Slansky, Michael, Ronald and the late George III; dear grandfather of Brett (Danielle) and Blake Slansky, Nick, Amber, Anthony and Angela Cannella; and great-grandchild Shane Slansky; fond brother of Donald who passed away May 1, 2011. Preceded by brothers, Sam and Leonard. Visitation Wednesday, May 4, 9 a.m., until time of Funeral Mass, 11 a.m., at St. Petronille Catholic Church, 420 Glenwood Ave., Glen Ellyn. Interment Mount Carmel Cemetery, Hillside. Arrangements are with Leonard Memorial Home, Glen Ellyn, 630-469-0032.
