Alfred H. Mikols, age 78, Veteran of the Korean War, U.S. Army. Beloved husband of Mary, nee Kelleher; loving father Robert (Kathleen), Catherine (William) Gonzalez, Edward (Diane) and John (Virginia); proud grandfather to Patrick (Shaska), Daniel, Kelly, William, Matthew (Kelly) and Christopher; great-grandfather of Nicholas; fond brother of the late Loretta (late Robert) Bondlow, John (Lucille) Mikolajewski, Rose (late John) Truskey, Henry (late Virginia) and the late Joseph (late Helen); dear uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 9, 9:30 a.m. from the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Ave., (2 mi. west of 79th and Harlem) Justice to St. Joseph Catholic Church. So very sorry for the passing of Uncle Al. I happened across it today, doing some searching on internet. Shared w/my Mom & she asked me to please send her deepest sympathy. May God comfort you all.

So very sorry to hear about Uncle Al; we only found out today while Robert was 'googling" Mikolajewski, etc. and saw that Uncle Al had passed away...So sorry we didn't know and please know we will keep him in our prayers...he was so sweet at Mom's Funeral and said such nice things...we'll remember his kindness and sense of humor.
