Dear Family of Mary,
We have never met but my in-laws and my husband and his brothers were very close with your Mom over the years. I am Alicia Snyder and my husband, Ed, died this past February. My in-laws were Edith and Shortie Snyder and the other two boys are Rick and Don. Maybe you remember them???

Your Mom was a wonderful friend to Edith til her dying day. She brought her Holy communion often at the nursing home and other times just she would just come and visit. She also kept contact with the boys. In fact, I believe your Mom was a god parent to one of the boys but no one remembers who. I have pictures of your Mom and Dad from years ago since I am the keeper of the photos.

I knew your Mom thru the Snyders and she was always delightful to be around. Mary was full of conversation and energy. She would talk about what she was doing to her place in Hometown or what she had to do or go buy.I am so sorry we lost track of her after Edith died. I had a phone number for a place in Schaumberg but the phone only rang.

I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my sympathies. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
