Artistic and Beautiful; a beloved wife of Jules for 61 wonderful years; daughter of the late Bessie and Dave Popilski; stepdaughter of the late Harry Shavitz; loving mom of David (Sandie) Kintz; grandma and dear friend of Jami (Phil) Telpner and Joey (Jonathan) Gault; adored Gigi to dear sister to the late Lenny (Caryn) Powell; loving cousin to Ronnie (Bev) Kaghan, Bobbie (the late Ronnie) Ruttenberg, Ned (the late Elsie) Miller and Marsha and Jim Keller; adored aunt to many nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral service, Thursday, May 12, 2011, 1 p.m. at Waldheim Cemetery, 1400 Des Plaines Ave., (Gate 90), Forest Park, IL. Rosetta was a sweet woman, mother of my longest, best friend from early childhood. Once she gave me a large, high neck, bright yellow sweater that she had knit.
