John "Denny" Pritchard, age 80. Beloved husband of 55 years to Mary, nee McGovern; loving father of Karen (Robert) Leurck, Joseph, John, Jr. (Marcia) and Patrick; proud and cherished grandfather of Bridget, Maeve and Connor Leurck, Liam, Sean, Caitlin, Blaire and Brittany Pritchard; fond brother of Raymond (June), William (Marty) and the late Stanley and James Pritchard; dear brother-in-law of Frank (Becky) and the late Dennis McGovern. U.S. Marine, Korean War. Member of Plumbers Local 130. Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge, Friday from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to St. Juliana Church, Mass at 10 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery. Mary. I'm glad I was able to see you yesterday at the house. I am so sorry for your loss. John was a great guy and always had a kind word to say whenever I saw him.

Dear Mrs P and family. so sorry for your loss. I will be thankful for the good times we had with Mr. P and the Musky tournaments. Even though no one who fished with SR. ever had a chance of catching a fish.

So sorry for your loss. I am fortunate to have so many great memories of times I spent with John. No matter what was happening around him,he always had a positive attitude and shared that with others.
