Caroline Von Werder, of Schaumburg, formerly of Chicago, beloved wife of the late Robert Von Werder; loving mother of Dorothy (Mark Higby) Bangle; dear daughter of the late Arno and Hazel Wagner; dear grandmother of Kristine and Michael Baker; great- grandmother of PFC. Alexander Baker, USMC; fond sister in law of Norma Klage, the late Thomas McKay, Grace Von Werder and Clarence "Shorty" Klage; half sister of the late Apolina McKay and Mary Vasey; aunt and great-aunt of many. Retiree of ITW Corporate. Memorial visitation to be held Saturday, May 14, 1 to 3 p.m. service at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry. Interment private.
