THERESA M. ULIS

Theresa M. Ulis, nee Kachinski, age 82. Friday, May 13, 2011 at Silver Cross Hospital. Born in Chicago on July 8, 1928 she was a long time Chicago area resident before relocating to Joliet in 1999. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Bernard "Barney" Ulis (2001); parents, Andrew and Mary, nee Trucinski, Kachinski; one brother, John Kash; three sisters, Eleanor Surbur, Harriet Strazdas and Louise Drozd Jiminez. Survived by her children, Mary Joyce (Terry) Wickart of Holland, MI, Joseph Ulis, and Donna (Peter) Chinderle of Joliet; grandchildren, Christopher Wickart, Traci (Nicholas) Mitchell, Sarah and Alex Volante; four great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Kash of Chicago Ridge and Valaria Gallon of Carrollton, OH. Funeral Services for Theresa M. Ulis will be Monday, May 16, 2011 at 10 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames FuneralHome, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
