I was so sorry to hear about Chuck. I will always remember his happy smile and laugh. Wish I could have come with my siblings to the visitation but the timing was not right. I not only wanted to convey my condolences to you and to your family but to also thank you for sending my mom emails. We really appreciated that. It gave us something to talk about so many times. Take care! Lynn (Jansen) Stremming, Jacksonville, Illinonis

Margaret Rose, Mary, Michael and Carl,

I have nothing but fond memories of Chuck and your family. Always laughing and poking fun at himself and others. I remember him as really neat guy. As is the case of cousins from different birth eras, as time progressed our personal meetings became fewer. Chuck was somewhere between a cousin and uncle to me. Regardless, we all knew him as a fun loving guy fully dedicated to family.

I'm proud to a cousin and fellow Fighting Illini grad of Chuck.

Margaret Rose,
I am sorry for your loss. Chuck was always so happy and fun to be around; he will be missed. Betty sent me an email Friday with the news.

Attached are a couple pictures I found in my collection. I was given the role of archiving Mom & Dad's pictures.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.
