Charles J. Mountford, age 86, Veteran of WW II, U.S. Army Battalion #558 FA. Beloved husband of the late Gladys; loving father of Charles Mountford, Leslie (Donald) Price and Lynn (Tom) Witowski; proud grandfather of Charles Mountford, Jennifer and Don Price, Kerri, Jaime and Kaley Witowski; dear brother of Mary Morris, Frank Mountford and Alice Jantz. Resting at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home, 2929 W. 87th St., Evergreen Park, where services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. Visitation 4 to 9 p.m., Thursday. Charles was Scoutmaster of B.S.A. #644. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation online at www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org.
