My sympathy and prays to Mr. Cook's family.

In the 90's I had the opprtunity to work with Hank and prior to calling on customers I would crank up my DVD to Janis Joplin's 'Try A little Harder' and that was what we did for every call.

I have many fond memories of Hank at Ryerson and on the golf course....Mr Hole In one.

Dear Dorothy,

We will be praying for you and your family. Hank was always much more than a co-worker and golf partner to me. He kept all of us on our toes with his quick wit and sincere caring manner. He was and will always be a special buddy in my life.

Hank was patient watching me as a beginning golfer try to hit the ball. We had many hours of windshield time together traveling around Michigan, looking for "Work Order" business. The world was a better place because he was here. Whenever I talked to him he could always make me laugh. He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this most difficult time. Although I left Ryerson in 1988, Hank has remained in my memory as a great person to have worked with and a privilege know. I wish we would have stayed in touch.

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember well the gatherings at the Hoyt's house when your family was there. . . Hank always had a sense of humor. No doubt the greatest part of him remains with his family. You are all in my prayers during this difficult time.
