I always cared a great deal for my cousin Patty. Although we grew geographically distant, she was always in my thoughts. For some unknown reason she crossed my mind two nights ago. I don't even recall what triggered the memory but I remembered a time when we were kids and my mom and dad were visiting her parents, my Aunt Lou and Uncle Eddie. Patty always reminded me of a young version of my own mom, Theresa, and that made me like her all the more, because they were both kind and gentle souls that had often experienced difficult times but managed to keep those around them happy. Love you Patty. I will miss you. Marty

Although I've grown physically distant from my dear cousin Patty, I have thought of her often. Curiously, two nights ago she popped into my thoughts and I remembered a time from when we were kids. For some reason she always reminded me so much of a younger version of my mom; Theresa. I don't know what triggered the memory, but I was glad for it. Peace to you dear Patty.
