Georgia Stavropoulos, nee Tsiakopoulos; beloved wife of the late John; devoted mother of JoAnn, Ernest (Bessie) and Anthony; loving grandmother of Kevin, George, John, Elenna, Eirene and Katerini; dear sister of Vasiliki (George) Trambas and the late Epaminoontas (Kanella); fond aunt of Annastasia (Kevin), Constantine, Athanasia, Fotini and Andreas; loving daughter of the late Andreas and Fotini. Visitation Thursday, June 9, from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center, 6467 N. Northwest Hwy. (1 blk N. of Devon) Chicago, IL 60631. Funeral Service Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Assumption Greek Orthadox Church, 601 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL 60644. Those attending the funeral are requested to meet directly at church. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Assumption Greek Orthodox Church. Arrangements entrusted to Vergos and Associates Funeral Services.
