Benjamin R. Koche, age 23, of Centerport, NY, and originally of Downers Grove, IL, suddenly on June 13, 2011. Loving son of Gary and Linda, nee Encher; dear brother of Roger and Andrew; cherished grandson of John and Barbara Encher; devoted to his long time girlfriend Alexandra Berch. Benjamin is a 2006 graduate of Chaminade High School, Mineola, NY. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301 75th St., Downers Grove. Family and friends to meet Saturday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 8404 Cass Ave., Darien for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Assoc. appreciated. For info: 630-964-6500
