William T. Watkins passed away Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023, in Jefferson Medical Center, Abington Twp.
Bill was a motion picture mechanic with IATSE Local 522.
He was the beloved husband of Cynthia R. Dougherty Watkins; and the father of Clifford E. Watkins. He was the son of Mary F. Watkins and the late Clifford E. Watkins.
Also surviving are his siblings, Trish (Jim), Michele (Char), Teri (Mike) and Diane (Bob).
Family and friends gathered at Craft Funeral Home in Erdenheim.
Memorial contributions in Bill's name may be made to Revived Soldiers Ukraine, rsukraine.org.

We used to call Bill, "Slink", due to his height and his long striding way of walking. Even though I hadn´t seen Bill in many years, we were all very close friends in the late 70s & 80s. We saw a lot of music together, including a jazz show at the Station that was being recorded as the two day´s featured Dizzy Gillespie, Dave Brubeck, Gerry Mulligan & Herbie Mann. We truly had great times together, and yes there was some fun being had in those days! I´d like to express my most sincere condolences to Mary, all Bill´s sisters, and of course to his wife Cynthia and son Clifford E. I´m so glad that Bill continued his art work, as he was a true artist. So, my old friend William T, ( as he was called by Dr. Talarsky in our class at Lccc ), I hope your palette is now filled with the most brilliant colors that your heart ever dreamed of
