Bob was a devoted son, a caring brother, a loving husband, a wonderful father and grandfather. Born and raised in San Francisco, Bob graduated from Mission High School, served in the U.S. Marines, "Semper Fi", in the Korean War and retired from Lawrence Berkeley Lab. He was married for 46 years to his loving wife Beverly. Bob leaves behind three children, Mrs. Debbie (Stephen) Menchaca of Oakley, Ms. Denise Chandler of Concord and Mr. Steven Chandler of Pittsburg.
