For her older grandchildren, Grandma Myers passing has taught us more about ourselves then we ever knew. Her passing made us realize that crying, laughing, loving and remembering are all part of the grieving process. I will never forget the lessons she has taught me be they directly or indirectly. From her I have learned that life is what you make it. She made it a beautiful place, easier for us all to live our lives. Losing her was extremely hard for us all but remembering how she lived will be with us forever. I love you Grandma, and thank you.

Dear Bob & family,
Tom and I will be unable to attend the services. Know that she is in our thoughts and prayers. We wish we could have gotten to know her more through the years. We know that she had great love and effection for her family and God. She was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Those around you care deeply about your loss, and they share deeply in the sorrow that you are feeling. May fond memories of happy times comfort you. Love,

The few times I met Mary was in high school with her grandson Rick. She was a sweet woman and I know she will be missed by many friends and family. My thoughts are with all of them tonight.

We did not get to spend a lot of time with Mary, but we did enjoy her company when she came up for Christmas in 2004 and 2005. She was a very warm and caring person. We will miss her very much and give our deepest sympathy to the entire Myers-Dorrington Family.

Mary was a very friendly and understanding person. Always enjoyed meeting new people and took me in as her own since the first day that I met her. I will always remember the stories she used to tell me about Kristy and her brother. I will truly miss her.

My grandmother was the most forgiving person I have ever met. She was very seldom in a bad mood. She truly had faith in me and believed in me when others wouldn't. She took excellent care of us when we needed a place to be. I will never forget her. " If stairs could build a memory and a memory a lane, I would walk right up to heaven and bring you home again." Grandma I love you and you will always hold a special place in my heart.
