I remember Andy from my many associations with him in IEEE Region 3 actvities. He was a gentlman extrordinaire. My sympanthys go out to his family. I was on the region 3 committee and eventualy the Region 3 Director. He spoke to us on behalf of the member and service to the community. The region will surely miss him.

On behalf of the IEEE Virginia Council, we will miss Grove. He had a fascinating career and was one our valued volunteers. He was past chair of the Virginia Council and the Hampton Roads Section. He was a past Hampton Roads Section Engineer of the Year. The records of this have been long lost, but I will never forget that he was councilman in New York City in the 60's. I think that typifies the life of service and pioneering excellence he lead.

My sympathy goes out to the family. Dr. Hargrove was a professor that wanted engineering students to learn the fundamentals and he worked hard at it. I had classes with him at Hampton University. He has also helped me with letters of recommendations after graduation. He was a good man.

TO VANNESA AND FAMILY
I PRAY THAT GOD WILL KEEP YOU CLOSE AT HAND; KEEP YOUR EYES TOWARDS THE HEAVENS BECAUSE THIS IS WHERE YOUR STRENGTH LINES. JUST KNOW THAT YOU NOW HAVE YOUR VERY OWN GAURDIAN ANGEL LOOKING DOWN ON YOU. I AM JUST A PHONECALL AWAY IF YOU EVER NEED ANYTHING.
