Karen & Larry, It's after 10pm and I just found Nelda's message that your Mom has passed away also. I'm so sorry for you to lose them both in such a short time, but at least we know they are together again in a much better place and their many pains are gone. We can't get there for the services, but we will be praying for you and your families.
Your cousin, Jackie Barnard Wyatt

Karen,
My heart is full as I remember the loving expressions and delightful memories of your parents that you have shared. I feel as though I knew Mr. & Mrs. Barnard well, yet I only met them once.
Our prayers are with you and your family. I pray you will all have the peace only God can provide.
I am here for you always.

And the day none of us could ever imagine has arrived: life without our precious parents. May the Holy Spirit fill every empty place in you.
It is our intention that Monte and I will be at the service tomorrow.

As a student at M.D. Williams Elementary, it was a treat to have special time set aside for music with Mrs. Barnard. She gleefully started each meeting by singing "I'm Mrs. Barnard. I'm your music lady." And indeed she was. Our school later had a choral program and new music teacher as we got older and ready to move to middle school -- on to other band or choir programs. She provided many of us with a foundation for appreciating music and desire to create our own music that has endured. What a special legacy. Thank you Mrs. Barnard. God bless.

I am so sorry for your loss- when God is ready for us - we are called home. May God comfort you in this time of sorrow. Know that they are in a better place and the afflictions of this life are no longer upon them. God Bless you and your family.
