Lois Dimon Obituary
Lois "Sue" Dimon, 82, formerly of Cranesville, passed away at her residence in Albion, on Sunday, October 25, 2015, after a lengthy illness. She was born on March 23, 1933, in Cranesville, daughter of the late Newton and Lenore (Ball) Wiley.
Sue was a member of the Cranesville United Methodist Church, a former member of the Albion Women of the Moose, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Girard American Legion Post #494 and a lifelong member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the West Springfield VFW Post #4965.
She loved flowers, birdwatching and making people smile.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Victor Claude Dimon, on October 27, 1990, a grandson, Jacob Pacansky, two great-grandsons, Thomas James Dimon Jr. and Cooper Allen Smith, a great-granddaughter, Emily Elaine Eger, and two brothers, Laverne and James Wiley.
Sue is survived by two sons, William Dimon of Albion, Kirk Dimon (Vanessa) of Lake City, three daughters, Debora Dimon of Girard, Denise Zampino (Guy) of Cranesville, and Sheri Pacansky (Ron) of Girard, a sister, Barbara Drury (Harry) of Albion, and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Wiley of Edinboro. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, Kelly Anne, Thomas James (TJ), Suzanne Jean, Brad, Bryan, Erik, Travis, Chuck, Ricky, Vincent, and Jenni, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
No calling hours will be observed. A private graveside service will be held by the family in Hope Cemetery, Wellsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Regional Health and Home Hospice, 2564 Village Common Drive, Erie, PA 16506.
