Betty Wright Obituary
Betty J. Wright, age 89, of Girard, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at Fairview Manor.
She was born in Lundy's Lane, Pa., on June 20, 1926, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Anna Kosty Sisak.
Betty managed Tri-Wholesale Beer in Lundy's Lane with her brother, Frank, for over 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and loved animals.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lynn Wright; as well as five brothers and five sisters.
She is survived by two daughters: Debra Pieper and her husband, Jack, and Loretta Wright, all of Erie; three sons: Kenneth Wright and his wife, Catherine, of Mechanicsburg, Willis Wright of West Springfield, and Carl Wright of Edinboro; a granddaughter, Danielle Trewhela of Portland, Ore.; and a brother, Mike Sisak.
Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street East in Girard, on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Girard Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Orphan Angels, 5439 West Lake Road, Erie, PA 16505. Condolences may be sent at www.burtonfuneralhome.com.

Dear Deb, Loretta and family, I am so sad to hear of Betty's passing. So thankful Kathy and I got to meet all of you when we visited. Betty was delightful and shared things we didn't know about the family. Prayers for all of you...and may Betty rest in peace...love from your cousin, Marjorie Sysak Cano.
