Family-Placed Death Notice
ALFIERI, Felix Felix Conley Alfieri, 68, of Atlanta, died January 17, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Janie Alfieri; son, Tony Alfieri (Roni); daughter, Anna Maria Goldstein (Chad); son, Victor Alfieri (Katie); six granddaughters who were the love of his life; brother, Jerry Alfieri; and sister, Antoinette Carr. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jesuit Preparatory College Scholarship Fund, 12345 Inwood Rd., Dallas, TX 75244. A Funeral Mass will be Friday, January 21, 2011 at 11 o'clock at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church with The Rev. Brian Small as the Celebrant. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 o'clock at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd, NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.

Ms. Janie, after viewing some of your cherished family photos, I just want you to know how very much I am thinking of you and your family. I know we all try to put on a brave face, but with the loss of my son I know how tired that face can get after a while. Aunt Janie, Tony, Anna, and Victor,
Uncle Felix was such a wonderful and loving person. I feel so fortunate to have him as an uncle and to be a part of his family. His memory will certainly live on with all the stories my mom loves to tell of their childhood. I know he is up in heaven and watching over all of us. We love you so much and extend our hearts, thoughts and prayers to you in our absence.
