Family-Placed Death Notice
SIMS, Floyd, Jr. Homegoing services for Mr. Floyd Major Sims Jr., of 3485 Estate Lake Dr. Fairburn, Ga., 30213 will be held Friday, Feb. 25, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. from New Hope Missionary Baptist Church 4192 Brownsville Rd. Powder Springs, Ga. 30127 with Rev. Benny Watts officiating. Remains will lie in state from 11:00 a.m. til the hour of service. Interment Church Cemetery. He leaves to cherish: daughters Madelyn S. Williams, and Brelinda S. Campbell, son Barry Sims, a devoted companion Ann Elston, sister Bessie Wright, and a host of other relatives and friends.
