60, of El Mirage passed away on June 1, 2011. Memorial services will be held at 3:00pm Friday June 3rd, 2011 at St. Jerome Catholic Church 10815 North 35th Ave Phoenix, 85029. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you send memorial gifts to Hospice of the valley in Surprise, AZ. Arrangements by Samaritan Funeral Home.
