Phil always had an interesting story to tell. I really miss him.

Phil was the best looking guy. I was the little sister but he was always so nice and caring. We all had alot of fun at the skating rink. He will be missed by all. He was a true friend. It doesn't seem fair to take someone so young. He still had alot of good years ahead of him. My prayers are with his family.
