Still remembering Keith's excitement for the Lord and singing in the choir. As others have said he is no longer in that wheel chair but walking and talking with Jesus in glory. My husband Glenn joined Keith in heaven 2 yrs ago and I can imaging both of them now free from the pains and sufferings here and just worshiping and singing in that heavenly choir. I pray for peace for all of Keith's family and friends as he is remembered here but also as he is remembered every day. Gail Guy

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

My wife and I just talked with Keith last Saturday at Lifeway. We were catching-up on old times and discussing each of our ministries. We told Keith we would be back this Saturday to exchange business cards and other info. LIFE is SHORT and CHRIST is COMING BACK.....SOON!!! I know Keith was ready for Heaven....I pray everybody that reads this is ready to meet GOD, too!

I know Heaven's Choir began to sing as Keith entered through those Gates of Pearl: 'Welcome to Heaven, My Child.....you have run the race......you have keep the Faith.......Welcome to Heaven, My Child'! You will be missed here on earth but WE WILL be joining you one day...in HEAVEN!!! Mark and Ann Tiller

I will never forget when I first met you...and how impressed I always was with your relentless optimism. You always had a positive word of encouragement and a smile for anyone you came in contact with. Keith, your faith was unwavering, and you were an amazing example of how a Christian, relying on God can overcome anything. I feel truly blessed to have had you as a friend, and I can't wait to see you again.

Keith, my son, you told me a short time ago that "heaven has no wheelchairs". I can see you now, walking with the lord and dancing in his light. You were a good tennis player on earth and I'll just bet you are running on the court now and singing in the choir. I knew you special when you were born! Love, Mom

Keith was a blessing to all of us who witnessed his love and joy for the Lord. It was a joy for us to see him singing in the choir at Trinity. He always had a smile on his face and ever ready to give a word of encouragement to those around him. Glenn and I feel blessed to have had him in our lives at Trinity. We will miss him but rejoice that one day we will see him again. Now he is singing in the heavenly choir. Our prayers for all the family who will miss him so much here but look with the assurance of Hope in our Lord Jesus Christ as he did to be together again. Glenn and Gail Guy

Words cannot express how this true man of God has been a blessing in both my life and the lives of my family. He always had a smile on his face and was always willing to serve his Lord. He will be truly missed here on earth but our loss is heavens gain. I know Keith got to hear the words enter in thy good and faithful servant. I will be praying for your family in the days ahead.

Several years ago Keith first impressed and encouraged me with his willingness (heart) and remarkable ability to help lead and teach the 5th and 6th grade boys of the Awana Pioneers at West Asheville Baptist Church. Since then, I have enjoyed seeing him from time to time at Lifway Christian Bookstore and "catching up". I will miss him... for now... "catch you later Keith"!
