Love you dad. Sweet man who always treated people with kindness and love. You are a rare person I am finding out and we the Schmuck family and our friends are so lucky to be around such greatness. All people want is to be treated well in life and that's what you would do is treat everyone you came into contacted with as they were a part of your family. How can you ask for anything more from a person! Glad I was around greatness for years and learned the right way to treat people. Cheer for now. I will talk to you soon. Love ya daddy.

We are so very, very sorry to hear of Mr. Schmuck's passing. We were out of town the weekend of the wake. We hope you find comfort from the loving memories that he left behind and that you will hold in your hearts forever. It is also comforting knowing that Scott met him the moment he left you. Daddy, each time I held your hand I felt safe as a child and as an adult. And I hope to hold your hand again one day. I want the first dance with you when I see you again. My feet on top of your feet while I never miss a step which will make us both laugh like when I was a little girl. I what to thank you for always being a great role model on how to be a wonderful human being. Your goals in life were FAMILY and work with family being your number one priority. When one of us 5 kids were sick when we were younger, you my prince would always stay up with your sick child all night to make sure we were taken care of and not scared throughout the night. On top of that, you would go to work the next day due to your great work ethic. YOU WERE ALWAYS HERE FOR YOUR KIDS AND FAMILY.
We as your family always came first and I have always wished you the same respect from your family to you in return. You had an infectious laugh and smile and I tried everyday to make you laugh at me and smile. My goal was allows to treat you with respect and allow you to live with a smile on your face. The smile came natural. You, Harold W. Schmuck are a beautiful human being and with your heart of gold you will be missed. Thank you for being my father as well as my friend and I have been blessed for all these years with your wisdom. Keep smiling and laughing.
