Paul Liscinsky Obituary

LISCINSKY Paul P. Liscinsky, age 62 of Stratford, passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Bridgeport Hospital. He is the son of the late John M. and Margaret H. (Voytek) Liscinsky. He was a graduate from Bullard Havens in 1967 from carpentry and was a self employed Contractor. He served our country in the US Army and is a Vietnam War Veteran. He was a member of the VFW Post 7788 in Devon and was chairman of the Building and Grounds. He had many things he enjoyed to do in his life like cooking, fishing, hunting, camping and spending time with his family. Paul has made many friends over the years, and has touched the lives of so many and will be missed by all. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, sisters Mary Ann Liscinsky and Rosemary L. Smith and her husband Michael J. all of Stratford, three nieces Carrie Negron and her husband Luis of Seymour, Melissa Smith, Stacey Smith and a nephew Michael J. Smith II all of Stratford, two great nieces Elizabeth Negron and MacKenzie Smith, as well as two step great nieces Naomi and Sophia Negron. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 31st at 8:30 am in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and 9:30 AM in Holy name of Jesus Church Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with Full Military Honors will be in St. John's Cemetery Monroe Friends may call on Monday from 5-7 PM. Uncle Paulie,
Words can not describe how your sudden passing has affected all of us. It was like someone just ripped a huge piece of our hearts out. We are just happy that you passed away on a day that made you so happy, and we are happy that you were able to see your new Great Niece for the first time and your other Great Niece one more time. You have gone back home to be with Grandma and Grandpa. So enjoy life on the other side! Just remember Uncle Paulie, WE ALL LOVE YOU AND WILL FOREVER!!!! Until we meet again in Heaven!
