Daniel Ciacci Obituary

Ciacci, Daniel
Daniel Ciacci, age 79, of Bridgeport, beloved husband of Tina Casciani Ciacci, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, August 7, 2012. Born in Bridgeport on January 11, 1933, he was a son of the late Lorenzo and Anna Bertini Diotalevi Ciacci. He was employed by the City of Bridgeport, WPCA for over 35 years. He faithfully watched daily Mass on TV. In addition to his wife Tina, survivors include many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was pre-deceased by five brothers, Gino, Eugenio and Nazzareno Diotalevi and Delvino and Leonard Ciacci and three sisters, Eole Pascucci, Mary Griffin and Elsie Roberts.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Margaret's Shrine, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Mount St. Peter Cemetery, Derby. Friends may call on Saturday morning from 8:30-9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Office of Radio and Television of the Archdiocese of Hartford, 15 Peach Orchard Road, Prospect, CT 06712.
