Sara was so loving and giving. She shared much information about fitness and health.
She was very joyous, enthusiastic, and positive, even though she was often in pain. I met her when I joined the Curves Fitness she owned in Ghent.

What can you say about someone so full of life? I knew Sara for about 10 years through Curves and words can't describe my admiration for her and my appreciation for all she did to inspire everyone who came in contact with her. I never felt I could complain or skip a workout when I knew Sara would be there cheering me on -- not just in my workouts but in life. She lived life to the fullest and that will be her legacy to so many of us and hopefully to her beloved niece, Landon. My thoughts and prayers are with Beth, Landon and all of Sara's wonderful, supportive family, whom she loved so much.

I feel so blessed to have known Sara through many years at Curves. She was an inspiration to us as she went through her cancer treatments, she was a motivator to make every workout fun and productive, and she touched and inspired more people than she ever knew. I will be with you in spirit at her memorial service (I am in Tucson caring for my mother) and I know that a piece of Sara's love and joy and determination will remain with me, and so many others, forever. May God continue to bless you all, and bring you peace and comfort in this loss which we all share.
