I remember Sara's extremely positive outlook on life and her exuberance, which she always shared with those around her. She was a joy to be with. She encouraged everyone she touched.

Sara was so loving and giving. She shared much information about fitness and health. She was very joyous, enthusiastic, and positive, even though she was often in pain. I met her when I joined the Curves Fitness she owned in Ghent.

What can you say about someone so full of life? I knew Sara for about 10 years through Curves and words can't describe my admiration for her and my appreciation for all she did to inspire everyone who came in contact with her. I never felt I could complain or skip a workout when I knew Sara would be there cheering me on -- not just in my workouts but in life. She lived life to the fullest and that will be her legacy to so many of us and hopefully to her beloved niece, Landon. My thoughts and...

Sara,I light this candle for you,when you became my pink sister 3 years ago I new then how special you would become to me. Any room you came into your smile lighted the room up I will miss your smile deeply and your kind words of encouragement when having a bad day. So sorry to hear this sad news. Sara was at our home a lot when our family lived on Harbor Drive in Hampton. My sons, Russell, John and Nathan stayed in touch with her.
